Benson and Cathy Vaughan are missionary-teachers at the European Theological Seminary (ETS) in Kniebis, Germany. Benson and Cathy were raised in Christian homes and were active in their home churches. When they were married they became ministry partners. Since that time they have shared a music, teaching and preaching ministry as the Lord has opened doors of opportunity. Benson is a third-generation minister in the Church of God. He was trained as a public school music teacher, and served in that capacity for seventeen years in the states of Maryland and Tennessee. In 1996 the Vaughans moved to Cleveland, TN so Benson could pursue a graduate degree at the Church of God Theological Seminary. While Benson and Cathy were at the Seminary, the Lord gave them a love for international students. When the invitation was offered for them to work at ETS in Germany, their call to the missions field was confirmed. ETS offers ministerial, pastoral, Christian education and music training to men and women from all over Europe,. Africa, the COS and the Middle East. These young people are the future leaders of the Church of God throughout the world. Benson and Cathy are grateful that God has called them to such a ripe harvest field. Through the prayers and financial support of partners like you, they are able to continue this vital work in Germany.
